New York Stories of Love, Desire & Absurdity Down the Rabbit Hole Theatre

“I’d like to have a martini, two at the very most. After three I’m under the table, after four I’m under my host.” -Dorothy Parker

Great American humor at it’s best. Like New York City is the center of the Universe, so are the three blonde divas circling around one good looking man, competing in a passionate pile of comedy. Or to put it in Miss Parkers words: “What fresh hell is this?”

Miss Parker and her vicious circle, as they were called, knew how to party, taking the legendary Algonquin Hotel in storm. According to Mr. Allen, life is merely a game of chess and the players are caught in the illusion of love, paralyzed by the absurdity of death and driven by the desire to copulate.
