In this new solo performance, Paolo Nani experiments with a unique stage language, fusing elements of two from each other quite dissimilar art genres: Theatre and Illustration.
The show’s character a lonesome drawing-artist who seems to have shut himself forever inside the small world that is made up of his studio. However, in spite of his intention, he cannot completely abstract from the surrounding reality. Noise from outside and from the house next door disturb his concentration and affect the design of his drawings.
In the process, an interaction arises between the disturbing external reality and the universe of the drawings, through which a moving life story unfolds.
