Felt – performances
Improvisation Field TechniquePart of
CPH STAGE > TEATERØEN
Description
Improvised long form theatre. Genre: Drama.
The vision behind FELT is to create a new form of theatre in which every performance is fully improvised, and
unfolds interconnected scenes and a coherent narrative. The performances are created without any agreements
on characters and plot. There are no script, settings, props or costumes – only a couple of chairs on the stage. In
meditative moments the actors generate energy fields, which intuitively are translated into emotion,
monologue, dialogue and plot. A FELT performance is by its nature always a first performance and the audience
will witness a story, which is never going to appear again in the same form.
