Randers Teater

Hitler has occupied large parts of Europe and is now sending millions of soldiers east to fight the Russians. In a mix of idealism, restlessness, and a craving for adventure, the two Danish childhood friends Karl and Mikkel volunteer for the German army and head east for what they believe will be a few months of exciting experiences, magnificent victories and attention form girls who likes men in uniform.
But the adventure turns into a nightmare and before long they find themselves in an extreme and merciless struggle for survival. It puts their friendship to a crucial test with fatal consequences for both.
