Ticket purchase on the festival website is via various ticket operators. The majority of tickets are sold through Billetten A/S, which means that you stay on our website throughout your ticket purchase. In some cases, however, you may be redirected to, for example, Billetto or The Royal Theatre's webpage, from where you must purchase your tickets. The performance's purchase button will indicate whether you remain on our website or are redirected (→).
Please note that you may experience issues when purchasing tickets if you are using a Firefox or Safari browser. We recommend you to use Chrome when purchasing tickets
If you accept cookies, you can like the performances you are interested in, which are sold through Billetten A/S. This way, you can pile up and create your own personal festival programme, which you can share with someone you know, for example. You will also be able to close your browser and return to your likes later if you want to wait to buy tickets.
It is the individual theatre that is responsible for tickets and can answer questions about refunds, cancellations, etc. We therefore always advise that you contact them with any questions.
However, if you need technical assistance or have other ticket-related questions, please contact Teaterbilletter or Billetten A/S.
