“The Laughing Game” is a solo work that examines the physical and emotional landscape of laughter. Through close proximity and kinesthetic empathy, the audience is invited into an intimate exploration of laughter as joy, excitement, redemption and absurdity. Drawing on dance and voice work, the work shows laughter as a complex, bodily state.
“The Laughing Game” is the intimate counterpart to the ensemble piece "The Laughing Crowd".
