OVERLOOKED STORIES AND NEW PERSPECTIVES

The brand-new production “SUERSAQ” by Nunatta Isiginnartitsisarfia / The National Theatre of Greenland portrays the dramatic story of Hans Hendrik Suersaq (1834–1889). He served as a guide on European expeditions in Greenland – a dangerous profession carried out by people who, until now, have occupied only a small place in world history. Read more HERE.

You can also gain new perspectives in “Boat Tours NHZ (New Harbour Zones)” by PUBLIC PERFORMANCE and Sydhavn Teater. Here, you are welcomed on board a tourist boat that will take you on a cruise through Copenhagen Harbour full of surprises. Blending choreography, performance, text, and music, the city’s past, present, and future are examined under a sharp and curious lens. Read more HERE.
