Travel and accommodation: Delegate Passes do not include travel or accommodation.
Discounted tickets: Not all performances during CPH STAGE 2025 (May 22nd–31st) offer discounted tickets. Please check individual event pages on Swapcard for details.
Ticket limits: Each registrant can purchase only one discounted ticket per show.
Wristband: We offer a festival wristband that gives you free access to all the festival's performances that are not sold out on the day. Read more here.
Language: Please note that discounted tickets may be for performances in languages other than English.
No-shows: Refunds are not available for no-shows. This also applies both to Delegate Passes and tickets purchased upon registration.
Substitutions: If you cannot attend, you may nominate an eligible colleague to take your place and Delegate Pass at no extra charge. Requests for substitutions must be emailed to international@cphstage.dk no later than Friday, May 23rd 2025, at 11:00 CET.

Aarhus is a short 3 hour train ride from Copenhagen.
29th MAY 2025: VILSE (Lost in English) by Gustaf Jönsson
Choreographer: Gustaf Jönsson.
Participating: Halland dancers and actors, Riva – Faroese dance company, Frikar – Norwegian dance company.
Rum för Dans will arrange a bus from Halmstad station to Torup for the performance and back to Halmstad after the show. Train from Copenhagen 15:30 – Halmstad 17:46. If you want to participate, please write an email to rumfordans@regionhalland.se
