CPH STAGE is Denmark’s largest theatre festival for professional theatre, taking place every year in late May and early June in Copenhagen and Frederiksberg.

Over the course of 10 days, you can experience both the highlights and the full range of contemporary Danish theatre as well as international touring hits.

CPH STAGE is an opportunity to catch new productions as well as the shows you might have missed this season. The festival invites you to be surprised and to explore new directions in the Danish theatre landscape. In addition to performances, CPH STAGE also offers events, readings, debates, seminars, parties, and much more.
